Return Policy – Plus Home Remodeling

At Plus Home Remodeling, customer satisfaction is very important to us. This Return Policy explains our practices regarding refunds, deposits, and product returns for remodeling services and materials.
1. Services & Labor
Payments made for completed services (design, remodeling, installation, labor) are non-refundable.
Once a project has started, refunds will not be issued for work already completed.
2. Deposits
Deposits are required to schedule and secure your project.
Deposits are non-refundable if you cancel your project, as they cover scheduling and preparation costs.
3. Custom Orders & Materials
Products such as cabinets, vanities, countertops, sliding doors, or other custom items are often ordered specifically for your project.
These items are non-returnable and non-refundable once ordered, unless defective.
If a product is defective, we will work with the manufacturer or supplier to arrange a replacement according to their policies.
4. Defective or Damaged Items
Claims for defective or damaged items must be reported within 7 days of delivery or installation.
Plus Home Remodeling will inspect the item and, if applicable, coordinate with the supplier for a repair, replacement, or refund (if allowed under supplier policies).
5. Cancellation Policy
If you cancel a project before work has started, you may be eligible for a partial refund of any payments made, excluding deposits and special-order materials.
Once work begins, cancellations will not qualify for refunds.
